Cheese Tteokbokki

ingredients

1 package of @ofoodusa sweet chili tteokbokki

3 oz sliced fish cake

2 tbsp gochujang from @ofoodusa 

1-2 tbsp neutral oil

1/2 bunch of green onions - sliced 

1 cup mozzarella freshly shredded

Spicy mayo

furikake

Korean red chili flakes

This is too easy. I love the tteokbokki from @ofoodusa, this flavor was a bit sweet for me, so I added in gochujang. Follow the instructions on the package and add sliced fish cake after you add the tteokbokki, if you want. Cook tteokbokki and sauce for a few minutes, then add cheese, Korean chili flakes, furikake and spicy Mayo. Dish up and enjoy your life.
