Creamy Tuscan chicken

ingredients

3 chicken breasts

8 oz heavy cream

2 cups cherry tomato

1 cup parmesan cheese

Dan o’s cheesoning seasoning

2-3 cups spinach

3 cloves garlic - freshly minced

2 tbsp butter

Neutral oil for frying

Lemon slices for serving

directions

Season up your chicken liberally. Use oil as a binder. Fry them bad boys up in a medium-high cast iron skillet. Cook 6-8 minutes per side until crispy and cooked to at least 145°. Remove the chicken from the pan, it will continue cooking and reach 165° once it cooks in the sauce.

Build your sauce. Get butter in the pan on medium heat, then garlic. Cook until fragrant while stirring frequently 1-2 min. Add in your halved tomatoes, then season with 1-2 tbsp of cheesoning seasoning. Cook a couple minutes until they start to burst. Add in your spinach, cook until starting to wilt. Add your cream, followed by Parmesan, and 3-4 more tbsp of the cheesoning. Add back in the chicken and simmer for a few minutes. Serve over noodles and enjoy your life!
