Brown 1 pound ground chicken breast, until no longer pink. Add Gochujang, Honey, Sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix until combined. Make cavity in middle of meat mix, add garlic, ginger, green onions, and brown sugar. Cook for a minute. Mix it until combined. Meanwhile, layer wonton wrappers whole into a air fryer basket. Spray with cooking oil. I happen to use avocado oil. Cook 350° for 4-6 minutes, checking every minute or so. Place cooked rice into bowl, top with Gochujang chicken, sauces, green onion, furikake.
