Teriyaki Beef Fried Rice

ingredients

For the teriyaki beef rice

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup white rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • Dash of mirin
  • 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • Handful of green onions
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha 

Toppings

  • Eel sauce
  • Spicy Mayo
  • Sriracha
  • Sliced green onions
  • Furikake


directions

Brown your beef. Drain excess fat. Add all teriyaki sauce ingredients. Cook and reduce down for 5 minutes, then add cooked and cooled white rice. Fry together for a couple minutes. Dish up and add toppings, enjoy.
