Lemon Pepper Wings

ingredients

👇🏻Wing Prep👇

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 6 TBSP @traderjoes Lemon pepper seasoning blend w/ grinder
  • 2 TBSP cornstarch
  • 1-2 TBSP neutral oil

👇🏻Sauce Ingredients👇

  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • 1-2 TBSP TJ lemon pepper seasoning
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 shot glass lemon juice

directions

Pat dry your wings. Season them with lemon pepper seasoning, then cornstarch, finally a neutral oil. Mix well. Let those rest for 10-15 minutes. Air fry @400° for 12-14 minutes or until desired crispiness is achieved.

Mix all sauce ingredients. Simmer for a few minutes. Set aside. Once your wings are all done, get them in a bowl, and hit ‘em with that lemon pepper sauce. Enjoy your life
