Shrimp Sushi Bake

ingredients

Shrimp mixture

  • 1 pound deveined raw shrimp diced up 
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese 
  • 1/8 cup Kewpie Mayo 
  • 2 TBSP spicy Mayo  
  • 2 TBSP EEL sauce 
  • 3 TBSP diced green onions 
  • 3 TBSP sriracha

 For the Bake

  • Shrimp mixture 
  • 1 cup cooked seasoned white rice (2 TBSP mirin, 2 TBSP rice wine vinegar) 
  • Furikake 
  • Spicy Mayo 
  • Eel sauce(recipe on my IG page) 
  • Sriracha 
  • Green onion 

For the sushi bites

  • Seaweed squares 
  • Thinly sliced lemon 
  • Avocado 
  • Serrano slices 
  • More sauce  
  • Green onion  
  • Furikake 

directions

Mix all shrimp mixture ingredients together. For the bake you need to layer the seasoned rice in pan. Top with furikake by evenly coating it. Drizzle spicy mayo, eel sauce, sriracha, and hit it with some sliced green onions. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy on seaweed squares, with the extras sliced up on top.
