Creole Sausage Peppers + Potato

ingredients

  • 1 pound spicy sausage (cooked and sliced)
  • 2 medium potato cubed
  • 1 red + 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 jalepenos sliced
  • Half jar peppercinis
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • Generous amounts of creole seasoning
  • Neutral oil
