Salmon Sushi Bake

Ingredients

Salmon Mixture

  • 1 lb cooked salmon
  • 1/4 cup kewpie or regular mayo
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 3 TBSP sriracha

For the bake

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • Furikake
  • Sriracha
  • Spicy Mayo
  • Eel Sauce
  • Green Onion

Sushi Bites

  • Seaweed squares
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber slices
  • Green Onion
  • Eel sauce and spicy mayo

directions

Mix all ingredients for salmon mixture. Layer rice, salmon mixture, and furikake. Drizzle sauces on top. Bake @ 350 degrees for 10-16 minutes. Build sushi bites using listed ingredients. Refer to @mckitchen__ for video on how-to.
