Korean Beef Fried Noodles

ingredients

1.5 lbs fresh ground beef

3 Tbsp Gochujang

2 tsp sesame oil

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp honey

4 tbsp green onion sliced

2 tsp ginger 

2 tsp garlic 

Handful brown sugar

spicy mayo(recipe on website)

eel sauce(recipe on website)

green onions

sesame seeds

2 bundles of any thin noodles, I used vermicelli


directions

Brown your ground beef in a pan or preferably a WOK. Drain excess fat and then Add all of the ingredients except the noodles, spicy Mayo, eel sauce, and sesame seeds. Incorporate together and let simmer for a few minutes. Now add your noodles along with 1/4 cup of water. Cover and let simmer for a few minutes. Incorporate it all together. Add the eel sauce, spicy Mayo, and other toppings and dish up. Enjoy your life
