Korean Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Ground beef
  • 3 TBSP Gochujang 
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 3 TBSP Soy sauce
  • 3 TBSP Honey
  • 2 Handfuls of green onion sliced
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • Handful brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Cooked white rice


Optional Toppings:

  • Spicy Mayo
  • Eel Sauce
  • Sriracha
  • Green Onions

Directions

Brown your beef. Use paper towels to drain excess fat. Add in all ingredients starting at gochujang except white rice. Incorporate the flavors and let simmer for a couple minutes. Add in cooked white rice and lightly fold in. Top with any sauces your heart desires, and enjoy your life.
