Single Serving Salmon Sushi Bake

ingredients

1/2 - 3/4  lb cooked salmon

1/4 cup mayonaise or kewpie Mayo 

1/4 cup cream cheese

3-4 tbsp of your favorite sriracha

1 package of ready to eat sushi rice, or cook 2 servings fresh

Furikake of your choosing

1-2 tsp rice vinegar

Spicy mayonaise(recipe on my website)

Eel sauce(recipe on my website)

Bonito flakes

Nori(black seaweed) pre cut squares are easiest 

Fresh avocado sliced

Lemons sliced

directions

Season your salmon with furikake. Cook it in the oven or air fryer for 8-10 minutes. When its almost cooked through, remove it and add it to a bowl. Mix in cream cheese, mayonaise, and sriracha. Incorporate this together.

Divide your rice into two single serving oven safe bowls. Sprinkle a complete layer of furikake on top. Dash in rice vinegar, give it a mix. Then spoon in your salmon mixture equally into both dishes. followed by sriracha, spicy Mayo, and eel sauce. Sprinkle more furikake on top. Crush up some bonito flakes if you desire and spray with oil before air frying. Air fry or bake for 10 minutes @ 400. Remove from cook, add fresh avocado, lemon slices, crushed up nori(black seaweed) and more sauce. Dish up with nori sheets for serving, and more importantly enjoy your life!
